1 credit per mission
Assign an issue to SHIP and its agents plan, build, review and test the change, then open a pull request. One credit covers the first 3 agent-hours of that work.

The refund applies to missions that end in failure or needs attention with no pull request: every credit the mission used returns to your balance. Once a mission opens a pull request its credits stand, and a mission you stop yourself keeps its charge.

Pay monthly for the credits your team ships with, and add more at your plan's rate when a month runs short. Pick a plan by how much you ship, not by how many people you are: everyone in the workspace spends from one balance.

Every plan: your model runs on your own provider key, and a mission that ends in failure or needs attention with no pull request gets its credits back.
Credits pay for agent work, counted in agent-hours. Waiting costs nothing, and the refund applies to missions that end in failure or needs attention with no pull request.
Assign an issue to SHIP and its agents plan, build, review and test the change, then open a pull request. One credit covers the first 3 agent-hours of that work.
Only time an agent spends working counts. Waiting on CI or on a reviewer costs nothing, so a mission that runs 5 agent-hours over two days uses 2 credits.
Reply on the issue or the pull request while the mission is open, and the agents act on it. The message is free; the agent time it takes counts toward the same mission.
A mission pauses when it reaches 2 credits (6 agent-hours) and continues only when someone on your team approves 1 more credit.
Agents run on your own provider account, and your provider bills that usage to you directly at the rates in your contract. Credits pay only for SHIP's agents and sandboxes.
One issue you assign to SHIP, from the plan to an opened pull request, including review and testing. A credit covers its first 3 agent-hours, and each further 3 agent-hours, or part of them, uses 1 more credit.
The refund applies to missions that end in failure or needs attention with no pull request: every credit the mission used returns to your balance. Once a mission opens a pull request its credits stand, and a mission you stop yourself keeps its charge.
3 free credits arrive when you connect your first repository, once per GitHub account, with 1 project and 1 agent at once. Buying any pack lifts the project limit and runs 3 agents at once.
Free credits and the credits in every pack stay on your balance until a mission uses them. On Starter and Scale, a month's credits stay usable until the end of the following month, and credits you add in a month expire with that month's credits.
Only if you choose Starter or Scale. Packs are one-time purchases, so nothing renews. A monthly plan renews at its price each month and adds its credits to your workspace. Cancel any time from your Billing page, and it ends at the end of the month you paid for.
Starter adds 50 credits a month at $3.40 each and runs 5 agents at once. Scale adds 160 credits a month at $3.00 each and runs 8 agents at once. Credits you add on top cost your plan's own rate, so a bigger plan makes every credit cheaper. Everyone in the workspace spends from the same balance, however many people it has. Switch plans from the next renewal.
How many missions your agents work on at the same time. Further missions wait their turn and start as one finishes; waiting uses no credits.
Yes. Agents run on your own model provider account, and your provider bills that usage to you at your own rates. Credits pay for SHIP's agents and sandboxes.
Owners and admins, who also start and manage a monthly plan. Other members can request credits, and the request reaches your owners and admins with a link to buy.
You may withdraw from a pack, or from a Team payment, within 14 days, without giving a reason, until all of its credits are used. You are refunded the credits you have not used, at their price per credit. Withdrawing from a Team payment also ends the plan.
Enterprise sells credits as a yearly commitment from 12,000 credits, invoiced under contract. A credit costs $2.75, and the price falls to $2.00 as the commitment grows. Your organization runs 12 or more agents at once. You also get a funded trial for your team before you sign, unlimited projects, and support and contract terms stated in your offer.
