Email support with a question about your account, a mission or a connected repository. Read the docs for setup steps and for each way to call SHIP.
1. Email SHIP support
Send your question to support [at] letsship.ai. Include these details:
- The name of your organization
- The issue ID of the mission, such as SHIP-123, or the link to its pull request
- What you expected, and what happened
Do not send a password, an API key or an access token in an email.
2. Read the docs
The documentation explains each part of SHIP. These pages answer most questions:
- Set up: create a project and connect your tracker, repository and model keys.
- MCP server: file and follow missions from Claude, Cursor, Codex or another MCP client.
- CLI: run SHIP from your terminal or from a coding agent.
- API: call SHIP from your own code with a personal access token.
- A2A: send work to SHIP from another agent.
The FAQ answers questions about agents, models, cost and secrets.
3. Report a security problem
Email a security problem to support [at] letsship.ai, with “Security” in the subject. Give the steps that show the problem, and the page, the API route or the tool that it affects.
Do not open a public GitHub issue for it, and do not post the details in a public channel.
4. Manage billing and refunds
Buy credits and change your plan in the console, at Settings > Billing. To withdraw from a purchase or ask for a refund, read Refunds and withdrawal.
5. Find the terms and the privacy policy
The Terms of Use and the Privacy policy apply to every SHIP account. Send a legal or privacy question to legal [at] letsship.ai.
